The smell of fresh baked bread permeates down Howerton street on the port of Ilwaco. The ingredients used in the kitchen come from area farms and the ocean. The tables are set with anticipation of customers that will find our restaurant to be a permanent desination for great, consistent recipes made daily (OK...off Tuesday) and appreciated by people from Ilwaco to all places in between and beyond.

Here at The Port Bistro our passion is food and the way our customers like it. It's the little things that matter. Bringing out your meal when you are ready. Making sure the wine you have been poured in our deep glasses is refilled when you request. Making you feel like we are all here for the same reason. We are local year round residents and invite you to our food home. Please stay as long as you like and taste our standards such as the hand formed Bistro Burger made with hamburger buns made from scratch in our kitchen. Maybe you would also enjoy our Willipa Bay Oysters and a Parsley olive oil poached halibut.
